Chocolate Hazelnut Lava Cake

This cake hides a molten chocolate and hazelnut center that melts as you bite.

Ingredients:

120 grams dark chocolate
80 grams butter
2 eggs
50 grams sugar
20 grams flour
50 grams chopped hazelnuts
2 tablespoons nougat cream or gianduja

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 200c .
Melt the chocolate and butter together and let it cool.
In a bowl whisk eggs with sugar until pale and gently fold in the melted chocolate mixture
Then fold in flour and chopped hazelnuts.

Spoon half of the batter into the ramekins, add a small dollop of nougat cream in the center, then cover with the remaining batter. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are set but the center still soft.

Serve immediately for the molten effect dusted with a little cocoa or powdered sugar.
