Ingredients:
600 g cream cheese
200 g sugar
30 g flour
200 ml heavy cream
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1 Preheat the oven to 200C and line a round baking pan with parchment paper letting it rise a little above the edges
2 In a large bowl mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and even
3 Add the eggs one by one stirring gently after each addition
4 Pour in the cream add the vanilla and fold in the flour until everything blends together
5 Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 55 minutes until the top turns dark golden and the center still looks a bit soft
6 Let it cool completely before slicing
You can serve it plain or with a drizzle of honey.
The taste is creamy but light with a faint bitterness from the crust that makes every bite more interesting.
